Office Hours
- Open 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (May–October).
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Late check-outs without approval will incur an additional night’s fee.
No Pets Policy
To maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment, we enforce a strict no-pets policy:
- Violations result in immediate eviction without refund.
- A $450 cleaning fee will be charged for sanitization.
- Verified service animals are welcome per ADA guidelines with advance notice.
Maximum Occupancy
Each cottage has a strict occupancy limit per Fire Marshal regulations.
Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or eviction.
No Smoking Policy
- Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are strictly prohibited within 40 feet of cottages.
- A designated smoking area is available across the street.
- Violations incur a $450 cleaning fee and may lead to eviction.
Cleaning Policy
A refundable $450 cleaning fee applies but becomes non-refundable if:
- Damage or missing items are found.
- Garbage is improperly disposed of.
- Dishes, pots, or pans are left unwashed.
- Trash or food is left scattered.
Behaviour Policy
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests:
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or parties are strictly prohibited.
- Guests must respect fellow visitors and property rules.
- Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Reservation & Payment Policy
Booking your oceanfront cottages Cape Cod getaway is simple:
- 50% deposit required to confirm bookings.
- Full payment due 30 days before arrival.
- Last-minute bookings (within 30 days) require full payment upfront.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Refund & Cancellation Policies
We strive for a seamless experience; however, refunds will not be issued for:
- Weather-related disruptions (storms, extreme conditions, or power outages).
- Appliance malfunctions or minor maintenance issues.
- Natural insect presence as part of Cape Cod’s coastal environment.

@Great Peaceful Getaway
We found Oceana Cottages on the web when we were looking for a place to stay for a weekend getaway that was on the water. We have vacationed all our lives in mid and upper cape and have never stayed in any of the outer cape towns. Looking for something different, we decided on Truro. Oceana stood out as something we were looking for. The price was great and the beachfront cottages looked like a perfect spot. Upon arriving and checking in, we immediately took in the gorgeous view. Red Adirondack chairs line the edge overlooking the ocean. We stayed in the "Catfish" beachfront cottage #20 - Perfect for two. A small kitchen area with a small refrigerator, toaster, Keurig one cup, microwave and two electric stove burners - all plates, cups, glasses, utensils and cookware were stocked as well. More than enough for our weekend. The view from the kitchen windows is breathtaking. A small partition separates the kitchen area from the bedroom. We had a double bed, with a small dresser and closet. The bathroom off the bedroom was very clean. Great shower and water pressure. Nothing beats falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing just outside the beachfront cottage. Close proximity to restaurants and a short drive to all the shops and restaurants in Provincetown. My favorite time was sitting outside with my book and a cup of coffee in the morning. We will definitely be back.

This place was AWESOME! I really couldn't have asked for a better place to be on the Cape! I have always wanted to stay here over the years but it was always booked when I called. So this year I tryed really early and got in. What a great place to be. Every morning we would wake up and walk to a window looking out on the ocean and a view of the bay. It was amazing to sit out every morning with your coffee looking at the water and listening to the ocean. My son played on the beach all day. This is where I want to be every year and I booked again for the next year too. If your looking for fancy and room service this ISN'T for you but if you want a relaxing vacation this is it! Can't wait to go back!

Great visit, again!
We have stayed at Ocean Cottages multiple times and will likely visit again. Great location, easy booking, wonderful hospitality. We like to visit in June and/or September to avoid the crowds (and the rates are reduced).
