We found Oceana Cottages on the web when we were looking for a place to stay for a weekend getaway that was on the water. We have vacationed all our lives in mid and upper cape and have never stayed in any of the outer cape towns. Looking for something different, we decided on Truro. Oceana stood out as something we were looking for. The price was great and the beachfront cottages looked like a perfect spot. Upon arriving and checking in, we immediately took in the gorgeous view. Red Adirondack chairs line the edge overlooking the ocean. We stayed in the "Catfish" beachfront cottage #20 - Perfect for two. A small kitchen area with a small refrigerator, toaster, Keurig one cup, microwave and two electric stove burners - all plates, cups, glasses, utensils and cookware were stocked as well. More than enough for our weekend. The view from the kitchen windows is breathtaking. A small partition separates the kitchen area from the bedroom. We had a double bed, with a small dresser and closet. The bathroom off the bedroom was very clean. Great shower and water pressure. Nothing beats falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing just outside the beachfront cottage. Close proximity to restaurants and a short drive to all the shops and restaurants in Provincetown. My favorite time was sitting outside with my book and a cup of coffee in the morning. We will definitely be back.

This place was AWESOME! I really couldn't have asked for a better place to be on the Cape! I have always wanted to stay here over the years but it was always booked when I called. So this year I tryed really early and got in. What a great place to be. Every morning we would wake up and walk to a window looking out on the ocean and a view of the bay. It was amazing to sit out every morning with your coffee looking at the water and listening to the ocean. My son played on the beach all day. This is where I want to be every year and I booked again for the next year too. If your looking for fancy and room service this ISN'T for you but if you want a relaxing vacation this is it! Can't wait to go back!

Great visit, again!
We have stayed at Ocean Cottages multiple times and will likely visit again. Great location, easy booking, wonderful hospitality. We like to visit in June and/or September to avoid the crowds (and the rates are reduced).

Helena is wonderful. She gave us a ton of places go see. She made us feel like we all knew each other for years.
The cottage was very very clean, even the around the windows. Much cleaner the some of the top hotel chains.
It is a great place to relax. We loved the no TVs and no AC options. But they do have options for those if you want a cottage with AC and a tv.
It is a great place if you just want to sit and enjoy the beach. Very cozy and the prices are great. The view is to die for. The kitchenette is an added bonus.
This was the last day of our stay everything was wonderful the peace and quiet was wonderful. I was reading some of the comments and I don’t know where they stayed because everyone was wonderful. We will coming here for years to come.
